A collaboration with ACT Construction, as the General Contractor (GC). Our dedicated crew invested their time and expertise into the interior scope of work (SOW), which included tasks like taping and bedding gypsum walls and ceilings, painting gypsum bed walls and ceilings, and painting exposed CMU walls. However, what truly set this project apart was our team’s ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges.

–     Changes to the initial architectural paint specifications led to the exterior paint scope needing to be split into multiple mobilizations, resulting in a tight schedule that demanded overtime work during nights and weekends.

Embracing our motto to “move with speed,” Lydia showcased our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, our mission to uphold the highest standards, and our determination to deliver exceptional results regardless of the challenges. As a result of our team’s dedication and hard work, the punchout list items were minimal and stress-free for our client.
